Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily cargo logistics operations and coordinate shipments.
2. Attend incoming customer calls and provide proper assistance.
3. Manage customer queries related to cargo bookings, delivery status, and tracking.
4. Maintain cargo records, booking details, and customer information.
5. Perform basic computer operations.
6. Follow up on pending shipments, deliveries, and customer complaints.
7. Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status.
8. Maintain daily reports and ensure accurate data entry.
