Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities (Sales Executive)

Identify and develop new Client.

Promote and sell electrical products such as wires, cables, switches, MCBs, LED lights, electrical accessories, and other related products.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with client.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams for payments, deliveries, and order status.

Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and market feedback.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Expand the company's market presence and identify new business opportunities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
