Skills Customer Management Customer Acquisition Customer Service Team management Description Operations Management i) Responsibility towards overall management, monitoring and growth of business of the allocated area. ii) Responsibility towards microfinance operations of current and proposed branches in allocated districts. iii) Responsibility of maintenance and upkeep of the organizations assets (both hard and soft) in the allocated area. iv) Need to achieve allocated targets. HR and Training i) Training to field staff about the organization and loan product, group formation, client identification, disbursement, repayment collection, delinquency management and credit discipline ii) Support the HR team in performance management and appraisal of the team members reporting to you. iii) Responsibility to ensure appropriate number of Human Resource in your area of operations is available at all times to support operations and growth. The HR team will assist you in driving the same. Audit i) Ensuring GRT and Surprise visit as per schedule ii) Group and branch audits as per the instructions from the Audit team.
