Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive for the L2 process at the Escalation Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You should have a Graduation degree as it is mandatory for this role. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and address their queries. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting. The salary offered for this position ranges from 26K CTC to 28K CTC. You will be working 6 days a week with rotational shifts and a designated week off. The job is based in Indore. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work in rotational shifts. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Previous experience in technical support is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience.
