Customer Service (Insurance)

As an Insurance Operations professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a contract role with exposure to an international and multicultural environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Playing a key role in building and transitioning functional capability to the service center. - Managing your book of work and ensuring timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs. - Understanding processes and executing cases/requests as per training and guidelines. - Completing all training-related activities promptly. - Escalating any processing delays or open queries to the appropriate authorities. - Notifying line manager of any escalations or complaints received from clients or stakeholders. - Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and SOPs. - Highlighting operational risks on time and escalating them for corrective action. - Ensuring adherence to data and information security guidelines. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate in any field. - Flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirements. - Decent command of written and oral communication. - Patience and a knack for reading. - Practice due diligence and take ownership of work. - Ability to adapt quickly. - Good organization and time management skills to work effectively under pressure.
