Customer Service Experienced Professional

As an active member in the After Sales team at Hitachi Energy PowerGrids, your role involves ensuring the compliance of company policies and continuously improving After Sales processes based on industry best practices to achieve business targets within the set time frame. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Customer Repair Orders for allocated India Domestic and Export regions required for reclamation process. - Maintain and review Repair Order register daily, resolving discrepancies with ERP Order Backlog in collaboration with internal departments and GBS. - Book customer orders in ERP system, sending Order Acknowledgement, offer, and dispatch details within the specified time frame. - Coordinate with internal team for claiming back warranties with relevant suppliers/customers. - Monitor OTD KPIs monthly, analyze performance gaps, and take appropriate actions. - Follow up on Customer Receivables and Overdue from allocated regions to ensure timely liquidation. - Adapt HSE guidelines as part of work culture and achieve set SOT/Hazards targets within timelines. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills. - 2-5 years of experience. - BE/B.Tech in Electrical. - Basic technical skills in Power System Protection. - Strong customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with ERP system (preferably SD module) and Microsoft Office packages.
