Job Description:

Join our customer service team for a leading company specialized in security systems for homes and businesses across the US. You’ll be assisting customers who reach out with queries related to their security services, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and confident in using the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 6 months Voice Process Experience (International preferred)

✅ Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

✅ Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy

✅ Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational offs
