Customer Service Executive- US Process

As a Customer Service Executive working in the US Process for a leading company specializing in security systems for homes and businesses across the US, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers who contact us with inquiries related to their security services. Your role will involve ensuring that customers feel safe, supported, and confident in using our company's solutions. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Voice Process, preferably in an international setting. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to effectively interact with customers. You should be able to address customer queries with professionalism and empathy, providing them with the assistance they need. This position requires a willingness to work night shifts and have rotational offs.
