Job Description As a Customer Service Executive - Retail Liabilities Inbound in the Customer Experience department at our Customer Contact Center (Phone Banking unit), your primary responsibilities include: - Ensuring productivity levels are met - Maintaining high service quality standards - Managing Average Handling Time effectively - Striving for First Contact Resolution with customers - Meeting Turnaround Time (TAT) for all customer requests - Facilitating Channel Migration to alternate channels In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for driving all the initiatives in the Customer contact center. Key Success Metrics for this role include Productivity, Average handling time, and First contact resolution.
