Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for network transmission services, including fault management and alarm monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to carrier ethernet, DWDM, Ethernet, and transmission networks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems and improve overall service quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (telecom/ISP industry).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
  • Strong understanding of Carrier Ethernet, DWDM, Ethernet technologies; knowledge of Fault Management and Alarm Monitoring systems preferred.
