Operation& Maintenance of cable station equipment’s and associated NMSMaintainCable Networks' Operations & Network & Traffic up TimeProvisioningof circuits & path in cable NetworkTestingand maintaining the restoration path & keeping ready for useOpening& tracking the call IDs with vendor for remedial actionCompliancewith quality audit process and JSMD GuidelinesOpeningSMW4 TTs and precise & timely updateto consortiumNotificationsfor planned and unplanned Events to all stake holders and consortium membersCoordinationwith cross-functional teams to adhere to the defined processesCoordinationwith NOC, other cable stations & VendorsCoordinationwith NOC and other CS for network fault troubleshootingPreparation& analysis of Equipment & NW performance reportsRootcause analysis of the repetitive/major failure and remedial actionPerformpreventive & corrective maintenanceActivecoordination during Cable failure & repair and restoration
