Job Description- International Customer Service (Voice Process).

Work Location: Gurgaon – Sector 21 .

Eligibility Criteria:- Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate (UG freshers not eligible).

Experience:

• 0–3 years in International Customer Service Voice process.-
• Excellent communication skills in English.-
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment (majorly night shifts).

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Handle international customer queries and provide voice-based support.-
• Deliver high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction.-
• Ensure accurate resolution of queries within defined SLAs.-
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards.- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.
• Salary & Benefits:- Freshers: 3.2 LPA ( 23,000 in-hand).- Experienced (up to 3 yrs): 3.43 LPA ( 27,000 in-hand).- Joining Bonus: 5,000.- Cab Facility: Both side
