Customer Service Executive - FASTag Inbound

Job Description: As a Customer Service Executive-FAS Tag Inbound, your role in the Customer Experience department will involve managing Customer Correspondence received through e-mail. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers are responded to within 24 hours. In addition, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams/stakeholders and handle challenging situations by going the extra mile. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Customer Correspondence received through e-mail and respond to customers within 24 hours. - Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams/stakeholders. - Handle challenging situations and go the extra mile when needed. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. Additional Details: You are expected to have excellent written and spoken communication skills, a good understanding of FAS Tag products and processes, and excellent typing and MS Office skills. With 0 to 2 years of experience, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role effectively.,
