Customer Service Executive- Banking Process

We are looking for a candidate having at least 1 year of experience in banking customer service, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls/emails from banking customers. Address and resolve customer queries related to banking products (accounts, cards, loans, etc.). Assist customers with transaction-related issues, balance inquiries, and service requests. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Educate customers on digital banking services and promote self-service options. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduation is Mandatory. Min 1 year experience in Banking customer service is required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Good knowledge of banking products and processes. Problem solving skills.
