Job Description

You are responsible for maintaining our clients" accounts and serving as the main point of contact for our English-speaking clients. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service is crucial for this role. - Act as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs - Build and strengthen client relationships to establish long-term partnerships - Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients - Manage client relationships for B2B clients - Resolve customer queries through email, phone, and chat communication - Process orders in the ERP System (SAP) including online orders and back orders - Provide support for marketing campaigns Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English - Bachelor's degree - Experience in customer service with a proven track record of delivering positive customer service - Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage Other Benefits: - Gratuity - Health Insurance - PF - Leave Encashment Please note: This is a full-time position in the Customer Service department.,
