Customer Service English Language Expert

As a dedicated individual, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients" accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for our English-speaking clients. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs, building and nurturing client relationships to establish long-term partnerships, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients, managing client relationships for B2B clients, resolving customer queries through email, phone, and chat communication, processing orders in the ERP System (SAP), handling online orders and back orders, and offering support for marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, hold a Bachelor's degree, have experience in customer service with a proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences, and possess knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system, which would be an added advantage.
