Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Solar Pump Warranty Resolution with documentation. 2. Coordination with Solar ASCs for attending the complaints 3. Site Visits with ASCs for quick analysis & Resolutions 4. Development of ASC network in the region 5. Communication with Customers with Analysis & RCA 6. Product Improvement initiatives based on failure analysis 7. Training & Development of ASCs Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Solar Pumping systems Knowledge of Claim Management Process Knowledge of Solar Manufacturing Processes Good In Communication and Customer Orientation. 5 to 10 Years in Electrical field Service industry SWPS Installation Commissioning is preferred.
