Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for centrifugal pumps, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Conduct pre-commissioning activities such as DPT (Dynamic Performance Test) and troubleshooting issues with mechanical seals. Perform field service work involving bearing replacements and VFD programming/troubleshooting. Offer technical assistance during project execution phases from site visits to final handover. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in industrial automation or related field with expertise in centrifugal pump servicing. Strong understanding of automation technologies such as PLC servicing, VFD programming, and bearings replacement procedures. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Energy discipline; knowledge of electrical principles applied to industrial automation systems preferred.
