As a Customer Service (Backend) representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Your primary role will involve providing timely and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. The position offers fixed shifts with weekends off, providing you with a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates on a 5-day work schedule. For night shift employees, a cab facility will be provided for safe commuting. We are looking for candidates who are graduates and possess excellent English communication skills. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply, with experience in customer service being a preference. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
