Customer Service Associate (Third Party Payroll)

As a Tele caller/Collection Executive at our organization, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound collections in the B2B process. Your primary duty will involve interacting with CRISIL clients to collect necessary information and fees. It will be crucial to ensure that stakeholder targets are met efficiently. You will be expected to work 6 days a week, with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. The work location will be a hybrid model, alternating between Crisil House and work from home setup. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience in tele calling is a mandatory requirement for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tele calling collections or sales. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be a male graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience, though 2 years of experience is preferable. A background in a BPO, call center, or collection sales will be advantageous. You should be able to handle pressure effectively and meet targets consistently. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this position.,
