Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling both voice and chat interactions with customers. Your role will require you to possess a Graduate qualification and have fluent English communication skills. The age limit for this position is up to 35 years only. You will be working in a 5-day shift rotation, including 24*7 rotational shifts which may also include night shifts. You will have 2 rotational week offs. Fluency in English communication is a must for this role. Additionally, there will be both side pick-up and drop facilities available for transport. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule will involve rotational shifts, and you may be eligible for a joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. Candidates applying for this position should be willing to reliably commute to Pune, Maharashtra, or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
