Position: Customer Service Associate (Bengali Language)

Eligibility: Female Candidates

Salary: ₹1.80 LPA (In-hand)

Preferred: Local candidates

Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Certification in Computers

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills in Bengali
• Basic knowledge of Email and MS-Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripts
• Answer product or company-related queries
• Understand customer needs and close sales
• Direct qualified leads to field sales team
• Update customer info in the database
• Accurately take and process orders
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and data
• Conduct research to aid in lead
