Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida Sector 59 for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will address customer inquiries, provide support through various communication channels, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes active problem-solving, assisting with service reservations, and building strong relationships with clients.
