We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data into our system to generate personalized diet charts, ensuring timely delivery, and handling customer communications regarding the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Input customer and patient data with high accuracy into the internal software system to generate customized diet plans.
• Ensure data is entered in the correct format and cross-verified before finalizing output.
• Share personalized diet charts with customers through the appropriate communication channels.
• Make follow-up calls to confirm receipt of diet plans and provide basic guidance or redirection if customers have questions.
• Receive incoming calls and assist customers with any queries related to their plans or updates.
• Maintain logs of interactions, files shared, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the nutrition and sales teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. (Plus Point)
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfort in handling both backend data tasks and customer-facing interactions.
