Job Description

As a member of the Support organization, Make configuration changes in production and non-production environments for clients.
  • Configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments
  • Gather requirements and determine scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery time frames
  • Analyze and modify configuration work plans
  • troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains independently
  • Evaluate the impact of changes within complex client environments and independently make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards
  • Evaluate integration points and cross-solution builds
  • Apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle People
