SR Executive / Asst Manager-Customer Service- Air Export

• Following up shipper, agent, & transporter for execution of shipment from start to end.
• Following up with shipper for confirmation of shipment readiness and the same need to be keep on update to agent on daily basis.
• Booking with an airline based on the readiness of the shipment.
• Preparing AWB draft & ASI and Gate pass through software.
• Once shipment handover to the airline, ensure to send the pre-alert to agent along with documents.
• Following up with agent for the profit share once execution is done to raise invoice accordingly.
• Can lead the team of CS & documentation for air.

Experience- 1 To 5 Years from the air export- freight forwarding industry only.

Job Location- Marol, Andheri (near Metro Station)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
