Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our housing units and ensuring a high standard of living for our tenants. Your primary duties will include receiving and addressing maintenance calls from tenants, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. Strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Receive maintenance calls from tenants and address their concerns professionally. - Assess maintenance issues and provide tenants with estimated resolution times. - Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality repair work. - Maintain clear records of reported issues, actions taken, and resolution times. - Follow up with tenants to confirm satisfactory resolution of issues. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills for professional tenant interactions. - Strong basic accounting knowledge. - Ability to coordinate teams and prioritize tasks effectively. - Problem-solving skills to assess maintenance issues and provide clear information. - Minimum 1+ year experience in international voice processing. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and paid sick time. The position requires working in UK shift timings.
