What Youll Do Role Details We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented team member to join our Contact Center team. The role involves supporting IndusInd Banks valued customers through phone calls and emails across various banking verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide efficient and accurate resolutions. Role Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests & complaints Raise service requests/complaints in the CRM tool Generate leads & educate customers on new products and benefits Ensure compliance with all guidelines and processes Identify customer issues, highlight trends & suggest improvements Meet monthly scorecard targets – Quality, Efficiency & Accuracy Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes & systems Achieve assigned sales targets
