Job Title: Sales Executive – Australian Lead Generation & Sales (Telecalling): Process Type: Australian Outbound Calling – B2B/B2C Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week Cab Facility: One-side cab provided Work Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Australian customers (B2B/B2C). Start conversations confidently and engage customers with a professional tone. Ask relevant and qualifying questions to identify eligible prospects. Actively listen to the customer’s needs, objections, or interest areas. If qualified, assist customers in filling out the necessary form with accurate data. Maintain call logs and customer information in CRM. Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead targets and productivity goals.
