Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Sales Representative to join our on-ground sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting products (fruits, vegetables, milk, groceries, non-veg), and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This is a field-based role focused on daily interaction with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products (milk, fruits, oil, pulses, etc.) in assigned areas through door-to-door or local engagement.
• Identify and approach potential customers (homes, apartments, shops).
• Explain product features, delivery process, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Convert interested leads into orders or subscriptions.
• Collect feedback from customers and report to the sales team.
• Follow up with potential buyers for reorders and up-selling.
• Distribute flyers, product samples, or promotional materials as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the point of contact for inquiries.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for new customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10th/12th Pass or Diploma/Degree
• Strong communication skills in Tamil
• Confident, polite, and sales-focused personality
• Field sales experience preferred (FMCG, dairy, grocery, etc.)
• Ability to travel locally within city/town
• Own a smartphone and bike (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
