Job Description

You are invited to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative for the U.S. process in an International BPO setting. To excel in this role, you should have completed at least 12th grade or graduation. Your main focus will be on customer handling and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in English speaking is a must, and you should be prepared to work night shifts or in rotations based on your convenience. We are specifically looking for individuals with prior experience in a similar role and exceptional verbal English skills. Long-term commitment to work is preferred, and you should be adept at operating computer systems. Punctuality and honesty are qualities we highly value in our team members. As part of our compensation package, you can expect a fixed salary ranging from 15k to 35k along with incentives and bonuses. The shift timings are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in alignment with U.S. shifts, and the job location is Mohali. This is a full-time, permanent position with a performance bonus structure in place. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday during night shifts in the U.S. time zone. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Mohali, Punjab, or be willing to relocate before commencing work. Ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with the team and customers.,
