About the Role

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Telecalling and Customer Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to start or grow their career in Banking Sales and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Axis Bank’s financial products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with quality service delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
• Age Limit: 20 – 32 years
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
• Languages Required: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,500 CTC per month
• Benefits: ESI, PF & Attractive Incentives
