Job Description

The Customer Relationship Officer – (CRO) will be responsible only for OD (Overdue) collection activities, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining healthy customer relationships and adherence to BFIL collection policies.   Key Responsibilities:   Conduct field visits for overdue loan collection   Follow up with customers for pending EMIs / installments   Counsel customers to regularize overdue accounts   Collect repayments and ensure proper receipt generation   Update daily collection status and submit reports to branch   Maintain discipline and ethical collection practices   Escalate chronic/default cases to seniors as per process   Ensure compliance with BFIL guidelines and audit norms
