Job Description

Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, and ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions. Feedback Management: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and overall customer experience. Sales and Promotion: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
