Job Overview:
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to support customer communication and service coordination. The role involves interacting with clients, addressing queries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This position is suitable for freshers as well as early career professionals seeking growth in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chatProvide clear and timely information to clientsFollow up on service requests and unresolved issuesCoordinate with internal teams for efficient service executionMaintain accurate customer records using CRM systemsEnsure a positive and professional customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply)Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital toolsAbility to work from the Koramangala office

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
