Urgent Opening for CRM Executive in Leading Logistics in Madurai
Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming business inquiries from potential and existing clients.
· Communicate with clients primarily through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
· Negotiate service charges, payment terms, and agreement conditions.
· Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
· Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
· Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment.
Prepare reports on client interactions and payment status.
Candidate Requirements
✔Female candidates only.
✔Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi knowledge preferred).
✔Experience in client servicing, business development, or customer relations.
✔Negotiation and persuasion skills.
✔Basic understanding of accounts follow-up and payment tracking.
✔Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
