Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential buyers and NRI leads.
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, location advantages, and amenities.
• Qualify and filter leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to invest.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients regularly to nurture and convert leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CRM) for lead updates and scheduling.
• Address basic client queries and ensure a positive pre-sales experience.
• Support the team during weekends and rotate off days on weekdays.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and project knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only
• Education: Any degree (Real Estate or Sales-related background is a plus)
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt quickly
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and support on Sundays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools preferred

Work Schedule:

• Rotational Shifts (Day/Night as per team requirement)
• Working on Sundays is required Weekday off will be given
• Should be open to flexible work timings during special events or campaigns
