Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Tirur, Malappuram, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Industry: Skin & Hair Clinic / Aesthetic Healthcare Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our growing team at our skin & hair clinic in Tirur. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience throughout their visit. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and empathy - Explain clinic services, treatments, and procedures clearly to clients - Schedule appointments and manage bookings effectively - Follow up with clients regarding consultations, procedures, and feedback - Maintain client records and update database regularly - Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth client management - Handle front desk responsibilities including phone and WhatsApp inquiries - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build rapport - Support daily administrative operations of the clinic Key Requirements: - Provide Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role (Healthcare or salon industry experience preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Pleasant personality and professional attitude - Good command of Malayalam and basic English - Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment booking systems is an advantage - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Benefits: - Incentives on performance - Opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment - Career growth within the aesthetic healthcare industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8138061311
