Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Solar Division

(Telecalling + Field Visit)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive – Solar

Location: Bilaspur / Field Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities Telecalling Responsibilities:

• Daily basis par solar installation inquiries par follow-up calls karna.
• Customers ko rooftop solar, home solar system, subsidy process, on-grid/off-grid system ki complete information dena.
• Site visit schedule karna & field team ko coordinate karna.
• Customer queries, pricing, benefits, ROI (Return on Investment) ke baare me samjhana.
• Daily call reports, follow-up sheet & CRM maintain karna.

Field Visit Responsibilities:

• Customers ke ghar/site par jaa kar basic requirement understanding & initial assessment lena.
• Company ke solar products & installation process ka presentation dena.
• Quotations explain karna & conversion tak customer guide karna.
• Market me brand awareness create karna – pamphlet distribution, door-to-door awareness, shop-to-shop visit.
• Field inquiries generate karna aur unka follow-up maintain karna.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills, convincing power & customer handling ability.
• Solar system (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid) ki basic understanding (training di jayegi).
• Telecalling + field work dono me comfort.
• Professional behaviour, confidence & positive attitude.
• WhatsApp, CRM, phone handling & basic computer knowledge.

Qualification:

• 12th / Graduate (Any stream).
• Solar field experience preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (as per experience).
• Incentives on successful leads & installation closures.
• Travel allowance for field visits.

Working Hours:

• 10 AM – 7 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
