Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding financial products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assist clients with account queries, loan applications, investment options, and service issues. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products like loans, insurance, credit cards, or investment solutions. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer complaints and requests. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery. Achieve individual targets related to customer acquisition, revenue, and satisfaction.
