• Generate new customer leads through Direct Marketing and Other related activities.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for Direct Unsecured-Self Employed business.
• Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the firm
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
• Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Qualification – Open

Preferred Graduate – as they will have higher chance to move to on-roll basis performance

Experienced – Direct sales experienced is must

Salary bracket / ranges –

INR 18,000 - less than 6 months exp in direct sales

INR 20,000 - less than 1 year in direct sales exp

INR 22,000 - more than 1 year in direct sales exp
