Customer Relationship Associate International Process

In this role as a Chat Service Representative in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues via various chat services such as chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. Your role will involve answering incoming communications from customers and connecting to resolve their issues using written communication only. You will report to the Team Lead and play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the team's overall success. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers, providing answers promptly, and ensuring their issues are resolved effectively through written interactions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Additionally, strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling, are essential. A High School Diploma, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment are also required.
