Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customer relations support as a specialist in US Mortgage or mortgage servicing operations. Entry level knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems is preferred but not required. Your role will involve excellent organizational, multi-tasking, data analysis, and follow-up skills to ensure tasks and assignments are completed within established service levels and quality standards. You will need to effectively communicate with customers and other departments, advocating for customer needs and maintaining professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Research within the Encompass loan origination system or MSP loan servicing system to resolve customer inquiries promptly - Communicate with other departments regarding loan transactions and borrower questions - Advocate for customer needs and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner - Follow established procedures and escalation protocols provided during training - Complete additional tasks related to loan servicing customer relations as determined by management - Communicate effectively with associates via phone, video conference, and email - Utilize software such as Zoom, Teams, ICE MSP, ICE Encompass, and Microsoft Office for efficient task completion - Maintain strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, multitask, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in task completion - Demonstrate excellent productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards - Be flexible to work in different shifts as required Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in US Mortgage or mortgage servicing operations - Entry level knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems preferred - BCOM education - Skills in loan servicing, mortgage, and US mortgage (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description, so this section is omitted.)
