Customer Relations Manager (Female)

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client queries via phone, engaging in conversations about their weight loss journey, dietary challenges, and health concerns. Your main tasks will include taking feedback from clients, offering ongoing support and encouragement to help them achieve their weight loss goals, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and trust in our clinic's services and staff. Additionally, you will be maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with other staff members for seamless clinic operations, and implementing strategies to retain clients and promote repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client queries via phone, engaging in conversations about weight loss journey, dietary challenges, and health concerns - Offer ongoing support and encouragement to clients to help them achieve their weight loss goals - Build strong relationships with clients for loyalty and trust in clinic's services and staff - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, appointment details, and treatment history - Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless clinic operations - Implement effective strategies to retain clients and promote repeat business from existing customers Qualifications Required: - Graduate with minimum 1 year of work experience in Telemarketing or as a Customer Relationship Executive - Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and understand - Strong follow-up skills - Good command over English - Organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks - Working proficiency in MS Office Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and permanent.
