Customer Relations Executive - (CRE)

VOC Automotive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for helping us grow our franchise network. This role involves making outbound calls, conducting customer presentations (video and in-person), and supporting dealer development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential customers and leads.
• Build and maintain a minimum of 5 qualified prospects per day.
• Conduct online video presentations and Face-to-Face meetings .
• Follow up with prospects and assist them through the sales and onboarding process.
• Support dealer network development by helping identify and onboard new franchise partners.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Provide excellent post-sales customer service and relationship management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
