Customer Relation executive/Front office in Ernakulam

We are looking for a suitable FEMALE CANDIDATE (Aged in between 20 and 35) as Customer Relations Executive cum Front Office for our client office in Ernakulam.

Energetic self-motivated candidates (Fresher or Experienced) who can work from our Aluva and Edapally office as "Customer Relationship Executive" on full-time basis can apply.

Your job includes:

- Serve Front Office

- Handle Operations,

- Handle Walk-in Customers - Talking over phone to our customers / potential customers

- Writing Emails - reply to customer queries, and lead follow ups

- Reporting, daily status report

There is no target, but you should be passionate about your work. We will train you.
