Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and handling credit/debit note documentation with proper internal approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with dealers for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and visits if required.
• Prepare and manage Credit Notes/Debit Notes after receiving necessary approvals from seniors.
• Share and maintain accurate ledger reports with dealers on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team to resolve dealer queries.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all dealer transactions and communications.
• Ensure smooth and professional communication to strengthen dealer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel ,Google Sheets and tally
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Experience in customer service, accounts, or dealer coordination preferred
• Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply
