Customer Relation Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients and generating sales for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a list of leads provided by the company or generated through research.
• Introduce our company's products or services to potential customers and explain the benefits and features of these offerings.
• Answer questions and address concerns that potential customers may have about our products or services.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase our products or services and close sales.
• Update our customer database with relevant information obtained during the call, such as contact details and product preferences.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services but have not yet made a purchase.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with making a large number of outbound calls.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections from potential customers.
• Basic knowledge of the products or services being offered.
• Proficiency in using computer software and database systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
