We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive to join our team. you will be the face of our company, responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Record customer feedback and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
