Job Description

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, promoting service offerings, and supporting the service team in achieving business and customer care goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with customers on pending services, vehicle delivery, and feedback calls.

2. Service Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and other dealership value-added services.
  • Assist in conducting local campaigns, service camps, and customer engagement programs.
  • Support in achieving service marketing targets as per monthly and quarterly plans.

3. Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Managers to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports related to customer visits, follow-ups, and feedback.

4. Customer Retention & Loyalty

  • Encourage customers to return for regular maintenance and service renewals.
  • Identify potential customers for up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Ensure every customer receives timely reminders for periodic maintenance.

5. Process Adherence

  • Ensure all interactions and follow-ups comply with company and OEM (Manufacturer) standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve communication and service quality skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Any discipline; preference for Marketing or Customer Relations).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or marketing, preferably in the automobile sector.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
  • Positive attitude and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,905.00 - ₹27,127.38 per month
